William Bond

William is a Partner based in Options Group’s London office and oversees the European Hedge Fund Business. Since joining the firm in 2010 William has advised some of the world’s leading hedge funds on all aspects associated with talent acquisition, market intelligence and compensation trends.

His team have successfully completed assignments across Global Macro, Fixed Income RV, Quantitative Trading, L/S Equity, L/S Credit, Equity Vol and Merger Arbitrage strategies.

Prior to Options Group, he worked as an accountant at PricewaterhouseCoopers and Barclays in London as a Relationship Manager within their Corporate Banking division.

William holds a BSc in Biochemistry from the University of Bath.

Away from the office William enjoys, sailing, cycling and spending time with his family.
